Wee Urban ships with Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service to destinations in Canada and in the USA. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the package has been shipped. Shipping is based on your order total and the shipping destination. Flat-rates for shipping have been estimated based on geographical zone. All quoted shipping prices include taxes, insurance and tracking. International customers please contact us directly at sales@weeurban.com and we will email you your shipping options.
USA Customers:
Please use USPS when returning products to Canada to avoid expensive duty/clearance charges. Only return merchandise via USPS (United States Postal Service) regular Airmail service. Indicate on the Custom’s Declaration Form “Canadian Goods to be Returned” and detail the value at $1.00.

For remote zones may apply. If there are to be any additional shipping charges we will contact you by email or phone before shipping, at which time you can approve these added charges or cancel the order.
For all in-stock items you can expect your order to ship within 2-3 business days. Out of stock items are indicated online. If an item is out of stock or we require some additional information to ship your order you will be contacted within 2 business days via email or phone. After your order confirmation is received please check your spam folder for future notifications and updates.

We are confident that you will be very happy with your Wee purchase, and we guarantee the quality of every item. If you would like to exchange or refund your items for any reason, please let us know and we will gladly help you with your return. Please note that you must contact Wee Urban™ within 15 days of receiving your order if a refund/exchange is required. Contact us at sales@weeurban.com All refunds will exclude the original cost of shipping. Please include an email and address to receive your refund.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. All returned or exchanged products must be in new, unwashed, unused condition with tags or packaging attached, where applicable. Used, soiled, washed or unpackaged products will not be accepted for exchanges or returns. After 30 days all sales are final. Return shipping costs is non-refundable and is the responsibility of the customer. A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returns, to help cover the cost of credit card fees, packaging costs and staffing requirements. We will however, pay the return shipping costs and remove the re-stocking fee, of course, if the return is the result of an error on our behalf or a manufacturer defect. It is important to carefully inspect your order immediately upon receiving it for any flaws or defects, once an item has been used in any way, it can no longer be returned. Please note that an incorrect order kept by a customer for more than 30 days can no longer be returned.
Refunds will only be accepted by email at info@weeurban.com. Refunds will be processed within four weeks. This time period includes the transit time to receive your order from the shipper (5 - 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 - 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 - 10 business days).
